At Riverside Meadows, our Art Electives provide students with the opportunity to explore their creative talents through hands-on projects and a variety of artistic mediums. From drawing to sculpture, students will develop new skills while building on existing ones.

This project-based class is designed for students to explore the foundations of art through different mediums, including:
• Drawing
• Painting
• Sewing
• And more!
Throughout the year, students will:
✔ Develop new artistic skills
✔ Improving on their existing abilities
✔ Explore art history by reacting to artwork from both classic masters and contemporary artists
This class is perfect for students who want to dive into the world of visual art and express themselves creatively!
🖌️ 3D Art (7th-8th Grade)
In this project-based class, students will focus on creating three-dimensional art. Some projects may include:
• Sewing
• Sculpting
• Weaving
• Jewelry-making
• Bookmaking
• And more!
While creating their own 3D artwork, students will also learn about influential 3D artists and their creations, drawing inspiration from both classic and contemporary works.
Students will expand their creative horizons and develop skills in unique, hands-on projects!
