This is a project based class where beginning art students will delve into the foundations of art by exploring different mediums (Drawing, Painting, Sewing, etc). Students will develop new skills and continue to improve upon the skills they already possess. We will explore art history by looking and reacting to artwork, both from masters and contemporary artists.

3-D art (7th-8th)title
A projecty-based art class where students will dive into creating art that is 3-dimensional. Projects can include artwork that is sewing, sculpting, weaving, jewelry, bookmaking and more. While creating art, students will also learn about other 3-dimensional artists by looking at their art and creating their own work based on those famous artist creations.
