Music Electives
Our music electives provide students with the opportunity to develop their musical skills, express creativity, and perform throughout the school year. Whether you’re interested in playing an instrument or singing, we have a class for you!
🎹 Piano (6th-8th Grade)
Students will learn:
✔️ Basic piano skills
✔️ How to read music
✔️ Fundamental music theory
Piano students will explore a variety of songs throughout the year, including popular selections chosen by the class. Performances will take place during the school year to showcase their progress!
🎤 Choir (6th-8th Grade)
Do you love to sing? Join Choir and develop your vocal skills in a supportive and fun environment! Students will:
✔️ Learn proper singing techniques
✔️ Develop music reading skills
✔️ Perform as a group and explore solo opportunities
Choir students will sing a variety of music styles and have opportunities to perform throughout the year.
