At Riverside Meadows, we offer exciting opportunities for students to engage in Yearlong Sports and Sports Training. These electives are designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and athletic growth.
🏆 Yearlong Sports
Each week, students will participate in a tournament-style competition where they can compete for prizes. The tournaments are designed to keep students active and engaged, with a different sport featured each week. The sports chosen will often align with various sports seasons, allowing students to connect what they learn in class to the real-world sporting calendar.
🏋️♂️ Sports Training
This elective focuses on teaching advanced athletic concepts to help students improve their physical performance. Key topics include:
• Weightlifting
• Movement skills
• Speed and agility training
• Mental focus and conditioning
Students will develop the physical and mental strength needed to excel in sports and maintain an active lifestyle.
